No identifying information will be collected unless the caller asks for a return response. This communication from the answering service is e-mailed to the compliance committee for review and action.

Retaliation against an employee bringing a compliance issue forward is strictly prohibited and will result in an offending employee’s discipline up to and including immediate termination.
